HOW TO ORDER

 

Weddings Order Information:

Please contact us as early as you wish.
Booking your wedding stationery and wedding decor hire as soon as possible, secures your date and you benefit further by paying the prices charged at the time of ordering and not the date of your wedding (eg pay 2017 prices for your wedding in 2018 or 2019).

Consultation
For weddings and larger events, a consultation can be provided in the comfort of your home, wedding venue or agreed meeting place. This provides the opportunity to browse through our wedding portfolio and discuss your requirements in a relaxed environment. Consultations will be scheduled to take place 2-3 weeks from your initial contact with Made Marvellous.

Booking & Payment Information
If you wish to order a sample, we request that you complete an order form and secure your date with a £50 booking fee. The current time frame to receive your sample is approx. 3 weeks. Following receipt of your sample, you have 14 days to cancel your order and receive a refund, minus the cost of your sample. Should you wish to proceed with your order, your sample is then free of charge and your booking fee is deducted from the total amount of your order.

Final Payment Stationery:
The balance for stationery orders is required to be paid 24 weeks prior to your wedding date. Your wedding stationery will be delivered 12 weeks prior to your wedding. Exciting!
Final Payment Decor Hire:
Balance to be paid 12 weeks before for decor hire orders.
Please note that if you are ordering within these timescales, the full amount will require to be paid. 

Late Availability Bookings:
If your wedding is less than 24 weeks away, please contact us regarding date availability and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we can, we will...

Parties & Events Order Information:

Contact us anytime with your requirements allowing at least 8 weeks before the date of your party or event for invitation, stationery and event decor orders.

A small booking fee will secure your order if placed more than 12 weeks prior to your planned event. 
For orders within 12 weeks of your event, the full amount is required to be paid at the time of ordering.

Samples of party invitations can be ordered and we request that you complete an order form to secure the date and pay a booking fee. On receipt of your sample, you will have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund minus the cost of your sample. Should you wish to proceed, the sample is free of charge and the booking fee will be deducted from the total amount.
